Individual Counseling

  • Depression: If you feel heavy and struggle with getting out of bed in the morning, I am here to support you. I will support you with identifying the cause and triggers for your depression, as well as help you identify specific strategies you can utilize to push through those dark moments.

  • Low Self-Esteem: I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy to help you understand how your thoughts and beliefs directly affect your mood. I will support you with learning how to redirect negative thinking that impairs your ability to achieve your goals. I will help you to identify you strengths and begin to build your confidence in yourself.

  • Cultural Challenges: If you feel “different”, or as if you don’t belong, I am here to support you. If you feel you don’t know your true self, I am here to support you. Perhaps, you are an immigrant or person of color who struggles with fitting in and defining who you are in America. Perhaps, you are a 1st of 2nd generation child of an immigrant who struggles with pressures from your family or elders that cause persistent stress and anxiety. I will help you with stress management and learning how to prioritize your own needs.
